How long does a session take?
Typically 1 on 1 sessions are 1 hour, If there are multiple people that are being photographed in the same session we need to chat about your options.
If you only have 10 minutes and need to be in & out, thats fine, we can get great shots in that time frame, we just forfeit our options for wardrobe & background changes. But it’s possible.
How much does a session cost? Do you do group discounts?
I have pricing options available for individuals, I also offer discounts when multiple people need photographing in the same session. Cost then depends on time, the number of people & images needed. Get in touch for a custom quote.
I’m not very good at the whole makeup thing. Should I even wear makeup? Help!
Not to worry, I always have a very talented hair & makeup artist on hand. She will make you look amazing on camera. That goes for the guys too…
I need headshots for all my staff. There's a lot of us, can you come to us?
Simple answer, yes/probably. I would need to be able to scout the indoor spaces you have for suitable locations. If you do not have a space big enough for the photos, the studio is centrally located in Edmonton. We can discuss options to get your needs met.
How & when do I pay?
Payment is done online, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder is due on delivery of the proofs.
How many pictures do I get?
Depending on the length of the shoot, this can vary, but we discuss and commit to a number of edited photos that we agree will meet your needs. All the best images from the session are put in a private gallery for you to browse.
I also offer options to purchase extra images after the shoot.
How do I choose my pictures?
During the session, we go through the images as we take them. This way we can make decisions about hair, clothing, style and pose. We choose some favourites while doing this, but don’t worry about remembering your favourites!
After the session when you receive your gallery, you have another chance to choose your favourite images. You may find, that you still like the same photos, or you may change your mind. And thats fine!
How long do my pictures take?
I aim to deliver the proofs in a private gallery with in 2-3 days after our shooting date. I ask clients to get their selections back to me within 7 days of getting the gallery. After I have received your selections, final image delivery is 3 weeks. The sooner you chose your images, the sooner I can get them delivered.
What do I need to bring?
Bring outfit changes, aim for variety and items that can mix and match. Guys, don’t bring 3 different white shirts, throw some colour in there if thats your thing. Ladies, add some variety with accessories, necklace, earnings.
Ultimately wear what YOU want to project towards your clients.
